FILM AND BROADCASTING

BSTN Productions is a program at Boardman High School specializing in the fields of Cinematic Arts, Live Production, and Broadcasting. 

The program began in 1992 with Allen Butcher who wanted to start a film program in the Boardman Schools. Since then, the program has grown to become award winning as well as a staple program in the district.

The program boasts professional and university level equipment and opportunities. Students will produce projects using equipment such as a TriCaster Switcher, Blackmagic Design URSA Cine Camera, DSLR Cameras, Allen and Heath and  DigiCo Audio Mixers, and much more.
